What are the house rules?
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask our guests to follow these guidelines:

Check-in & Check-out: Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM.

Occupancy: The maximum capacity is 5 guests. Please note that if your booking was made for fewer people, adding extra guests will incur a surcharge.

Events: Parties and organized events are strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.

Pets: We maintain a pet-free environment to ensure cleanliness and comfort for guests with allergies.

Quiet Hours: We ask that you respect the peaceful nature of the park, especially during early afternoon and night hours.
How can I book?
You can send a request through the form on our "Book Now" page or via WhatsApp, specifying your preferred dates and the number of guests. We will send you a personalized proposal, which you can confirm by paying a down paymentvia bank transfer or credit card.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation is free of charge up to 14 days before your arrival date.

Payment & Balance: The remaining balance is due at check-in via credit card or cash (within the limits prescribed by Italian law).

How do I reach Villa Pineta from the Port of Capri (Marina Grande)?
Once you disembark, you can reach us by taking a taxi to “Parco Damecuta.” Alternatively, you can take a bus directly to Anacapri; get off at “Piazza della Pace” and switch to the bus heading to “Grotta Azzurra.” Ask the driver to drop you off at the “Parco Damecuta” stop. For a completely stress-free arrival, you can also book a private transfer directly through us.
Where is Villa Pineta located and what is nearby?
Villa Pineta is located in Anacapri, specifically in the Damecuta area (Via Damecuta 14), about 1.7 km from the town center. We are immersed in a quiet residential park, just a 15-minute walk from Gradola Beach and the Blue Grotto. While we offer a peaceful escape, please note that shops and supermarkets are located in the center of Anacapri, which is easily reachable in 5 minutes by the local bus that stops right near our entrance.
How do I get around from Villa Pineta?
Getting around is very easy! Just outside the park entrance, there is a bus stop for the Anacapri – Grotta Azzurra line. Buses run every 20 minutes from 6:45 AM to 10:30 PM (and until 1:00 AM during July and August). In just a few minutes, you will reach the center of Anacapri, where you can find restaurants, bars, pharmacies, and supermarkets.
Tickets: You can buy tickets directly on the bus (with a small surcharge) or at a lower fare at the ticket office located at the main stop, Piazza della Pace.
When is the pool open, and is it private?
The swimming pool is shared with the other villas within the park. It is open seasonally from June 1st to September 30th. To ensure a relaxing atmosphere for everyone, guests are kindly asked to maintain appropriate behavior: parties are not permitted, and silence must be respected during the early afternoon hours. The complete set of pool regulations is posted at the entrance to the pool area.
Are pets allowed?
We love animals; however, to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and out of respect for guests with pet allergies, we have decided not to allow pets in our villa. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Can I bring my car to Capri?
According to local regulations, non-resident vehicles are generally not permitted to board ferries for Capri (except during certain off-season months). Special exemptions may apply for visitors with disabilities; we recommend checking the current regulations of the Municipality of Capri before your arrival.
If you are arriving with a vehicle that meets the requirements, the Villa offers parking at the park entrance. Our parking space is also available if you choose to rent a scooter during your stay, which is a very popular way to explore the island.
Is cleaning service included, and are linens provided?
Yes, the villa is provided complete with all bed linens and towels. There are no extra charges for final cleaning. If you would like additional cleaning or a change of linens during your stay, this can be arranged upon request for an extra fee.
Is the kitchenette available for use?
Certainly! The villa features a well-equipped kitchenette where you can prepare your own meals during your stay and feel 100% like a local Caprese.
Does the villa have TV, Wi-Fi, and Air Conditioning?
Yes, we offer all modern comforts:

Air Conditioning: Every room in the villa is equipped with latest-generation units (single-split systems), which you can adjust independently to your preferred temperature.

Wi-Fi: We provide a dedicated high-speed Wi-Fi connection (100 Mbps) that covers the entire property.
